- Arrival days are usually Thursday or Friday for weekly stays & weekend breaks; or Mondays for midweek short breaks.
- Our cottages are ready for guest arrivals from 4.00pm onwards.
- We have a reception office which is open until 5.00pm on weekdays. There is usually a member of our friendly team to help with site information and tourism advice.
- Each cottage has a lock-box adjacent to the front door which means that you can self -check-in and not worry if you are running late. We just ask you to text or email to let us know when you have arrived so that we can work out a mutually convenient time to welcome you in person.
- The lockbox code will be sent out via email of SMS at least 24 hours in advance of your stay.
- A torch maybe useful if you arriving late at night.
- If you have any special requirements, please let us know at least 48 hours before your stay.
- If you wish to book an online supermarket delivery, please ensure that the order arrives after you do, there may not be anyone around to accept the order on your behalf. Please ensure that you write the Cottage name as part of the delivery information. Mobile phone signal is not great and the driver may not have signal to call you. Waitrose, Tesco & Sainsbury’s deliver to Cranmer Country Cottages.
- Please do not arrive on site before 4.00pm, we may not be guest ready!
- Departure is by 10.00am. Please lock up, leave the cottage keys in the lockbox & confirm that you have checked out.
